My hourly rate is $400. Typical flat rates for common Family Law tasks, subject to modification based on your individual circumstances and not including court fees or service, are as follows:

1-hour preliminary review/options/steps for your case $300

Draft Petition and Summons
$200-$400 (1/2 to 1 hour with children/UCCJEA)

Draft standard motion requesting child support and/or temporary spousal support including income declaration
$400-$800 (1-2 hours)

Draft Financial Disclosures
$400-$1,600 (1 to 4 hours)

Hearing Appearance (SF Bay Area)
$400-$800 (1-2 hours)

Draft Marital Settlement Agreement
$800-$1,200 (2-3 hours)

Draft Judgment Documents
$400-$800 (1-2 hours)
